E-signature as off-the-shelf solution
A national level branch has a network of sales agents which operate in the field. A contract had to be printed out for client’s signature and has to be manually processed in order to finalize the business case. Field sales agents now use a web-based service, which enables them to generate, preview and electronically sign contracts instantly.
An easy-to-deploy solution was selected to transform pen and paper process into a fully digital customer experience. Whole implementation was done internally adopting an ATAWAD e-signature platform and its technical documentation.
