Transition to a paperless offices

Volkswagen Financial Services (VWFS) is a service provider in the fields of financing passenger and commercial vehicles, renting movable property and insurance services. They have been doing business with both individuals and legal persons since 1993.

Volkswagen Financial Services used the solution for signing digital documents during a personal meeting at a partner network of car dealerships. What was not handled however were electronic records of changes in the documents or the remote signing of contractual amendments. In these cases, clients had to go to the office in person or sign the documents at home and mail them.
