One of the largest banks in Slovakia has modernized the provision of consulting at its branch offices through digital technologies. ČSOB has been carrying out digital transformation for a long period of time through several projects.

The aim of the digital adaptation project is to create a solution that will reduce the time spent at the office and make the sale process more efficient. ANASOFT, which has been designing tailor-made software for more than 25 years, also designed this solution.  

INTUITIVE PRESENTATION THROUGH TABLET APPLICATION

The principle of tablet use lies in the interaction of the customer and branch office employee. The application installed in the tablet intuitively guides users through the sales cycle and allows them to access various information without any change to the application environment. Thus, customers of this bank may simply access information from a different system, website or application without any changes to the application design.

HOW HAS THE SALES PROCESS CHANGED?

A customer who is interested in a bank product or service, visits its branch. In order to provide this product, the bank employee and customer must go through a relatively lengthy process, beginning with entering data in the system, verifying the data, studying the terms, signing the documents and printing them. 

APPLICATION SIMPLIFIES AND SHORTENS THE ENTIRE PROCESS.

While the bank employee is entering the necessary data in the system, the customer can check the latest offers of the bank directly in application.  Upon the employee’s completion of the action, the recorded data will be automatically displayed for the customer and the current activity will be completed. Thus, the entire process has been transferred from paper to the digital environment of the tablet and has enabled the bank to progress in terms of digital transformation.
